Your ChoiceLoop member Realtor® will cover in detail how they'll market and sell your home. They'll provide an honest Comparative Market Assessment (CMA) of your home and answer any questions you may have regarding the process of listing and selling.
Buyers
You'll meet with your ChoiceLoop member Realtor® to discuss the buying process (which may include financial pre-qualification, if necessary). Once you get started, your Realtor® will ensure your entire transaction, from the initial search, to making an offer, negotiations, inspections and escrow are handled with the utmost care and expertise.
Sellers pay only 1.5% commission*, buyers are rebated 25% of their agent's commission.
